For two hours, we will focus on developing fluidity and physical expressiveness:
• Isolated movements:
Master isolations of the head, shoulders, palms, chest, and hips are essential for both dance and expressive movement.
• Body waves:
Learn to move in smooth waves, flowing from the bottom to top and top to the bottom.
• Imaginary resistance exercises:
Move as if you’re passing through water or pressing against invisible walls, enhancing control and awareness.
• Slow transitions:
Shift from one pose to another through intentional, slowed-down motion.
After two hours of tuning into the body, we’ll learn a beautiful Asian Fusion Choreography!
